Cookie Policy

This Cookie Policy explains what cookies and similar technologies the One Royal Real Estate website (the "Site") sets on your device, what each one does, and how to control them. It supplements our main Privacy Policy.

A cookie is a small text file that a website places on your device when you visit. Cookies let the site remember things about your visit — your locale preference, whether you have already passed a bot check, which page you came from. We also use comparable browser-storage technologies (localStorage, sessionStorage) and clear pixels in transactional emails; for simplicity we refer to all of these as "cookies" in this policy.

These cookies are required for the Site to function and cannot be turned off without breaking the experience. We set: NEXT_LOCALE (one year, holds your language choice EN or RU), cf_chl_* and cf_clearance (Cloudflare bot-protection cookies, set by Cloudflare Turnstile during form submission, expire within minutes to a day depending on the challenge result), and a CSRF protection token tied to your session.

With your continued use of the Site we set Google Analytics 4 cookies — _ga (two years, identifies your browser as a returning visitor) and _ga_* (one for each property identifier, two years). GA4 runs in privacy-preserving mode: IP addresses are anonymised before storage, advertising signals are disabled, and we do not export data to Google Ads or any other advertising network. We use the data only to count unique visitors per page and to see which pages drive inquiries.

The map on the catalog and detail pages is rendered by Google Maps. Loading a map page can result in cookies set by the maps.googleapis.com domain. We do not control those cookies; their use is governed by Google's own privacy policy.

We do not currently set or permit any advertising, retargeting, or cross-site tracking cookies on the Site.

(a) Browser settings — every modern browser lets you block, delete, or filter cookies on a per-site or global basis. Visit your browser's documentation for instructions. Blocking strictly-necessary cookies will break parts of the Site (for example, the language toggle and form submission). (b) Tracker-blocking extensions — extensions such as uBlock Origin or Privacy Badger block analytics cookies at the network level. We do not interfere with them. (c) Opting out of analytics — clearing the _ga and _ga_* cookies and refusing them on a future visit prevents GA4 from recognising you across sessions. (d) Do Not Track — we honour browser "Do Not Track" signals by suppressing GA4 entirely when the signal is present.

We will revise this policy when we add or remove a cookie or change its purpose. The "last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
